With COVID-19 restricting many stadium capacity, how will other countries manage the idea of Social Distancing when thousands of fans show up to multiple games a week?
Soccer is a global game that’s played professionally in just about every country. Even the poorer, underdeveloped nations have professional teams each of which draw hundreds of thousands of fans.
In Europe and the US we can name a dozen professional teams. So how are these games going to survive if the main source of income which IS ticket sales?
During the Spanish Flue people were still attending sporting events and surviving. However, with COVID-19 coupled with riots over the Black Lives Matter I’m concerned people will start to latch onto other reasons to riot.
Thoughts?

I am really hoping it just clears up or a vaccine is found so we can continue watching sports like normal.
